Next Steps:

Next Steps picks up where the NRA First Steps/Ladies' Night Out class leaves off. If you'd like to tighten your shot groups and become a more consistent and accurate shooter, this is the class for you. Next Steps helps shooters refine and reinforce the positive skills learned in First Steps. The course focuses on the physical and mechanical aspects of shooting accurately. It uses classroom and range time to solidify the shooting skills necessary to prepare you for more advanced techniques.

Please note: this course does not satisfy the training requirement for the Colorado Concealed Handgun Permit.

Class size: minimum 5, maximum 10
Prerequisite: successful completion of NRA First Steps or equivalent experience (at least 1,500 rounds fired)

Attendees should have:

• Home defense handgun and 50 rounds of ammunition
• Eye and hearing protection (the club has a limited number of loaners)
• Optional: Flashlight (hand-held) or tactical light mounted on firearm

Class Duration: Classroom 1 hour and Range 1 hour
